So that lesson vouchers can be prepared in time, clients are advised to reserve
and pay for their lessons at least eight days before their arrival at La Clusaz.

I. You are about to make an online reservation,
for online reservations we only accept credit card payments
( e-transactions certified secure by Crédit Agricole Des Savoies ).

II. Reservations will only take effect upon reception of payment.

III. If we receive your booking and payment 15 days prior to your arrival,
lesson vouchers will be sent to the nominated address. Hence you will avoid having to wait in the queue. Otherwise, clients are asked to collect their vouchers from the Ski School's main office
(next to the cinema).

IV. You will not be able to book your lessons online in the 6 days prior to your arrival. Please come into the ESF's offices to make your bookings.

V. Once lessons have begun, only CARTE NEIGE or ARAVIS SECURITE insurance will enable you to be reimbursed in the event of illness or accident, and not the ESF.

For care free skiing...
Don't forget to take out "séjour neige" insurance - 2.70 euros per day!
"Séjour neige" insurance covers lift passes (inc. multi-day),
ski lessons, search / rescue and transport fees, medical costs.

VI. ESF lesson prices include neither ski lift passes nor insurance. For more information,

VII. For children under the age of 5, lift passes are provided free of charge upon presentation of relevant identification at the lift operators' central office ("Caisse Centrale").

VIII. For beginner adults and children (enrolled in 1ère étoile and Flocon group lessons), lift passes can be purchased at reduced rates upon presentation of ESF lesson vouchers.

IX. The ESF's offices are located:

- In the village next to the cinema (open: 9 am - 6 pm)
- At the Bossonnet ski tow (open: 9 am - 5 pm).
